Further to our previous circular, please find enclosed the supporting documents for our CIB Working Group meeting that will take place on 11 and 12 June in Bergen, Norway, under the auspices of the City of Bergen and KS Norway.

We want to draw your attention to the preparation of item 3 on the agenda. Please consult the fiches enclosed in the supporting documents (3.1, 3.2 and 3.3): we kindly ask you to prepare the questions detailed in the fiche of the session that you will be attending, to ensure a good quality of the debates.

Knowing that most of you bring your own copies of the documentation, please note that we will not print the documentation for the participants. We will disseminate USB sticks with all relevant information shared by CIB members.
